1. Is my data private when I use BrainWorkshops GPT?

Yes. BrainWorkshops GPT is built with privacy in mind. Your data stays private and is not used to train or improve OpenAI’s models. We disable the option that allows model improvement based on your input.

2. Can the creator of BrainWorkshops GPT see my conversations?

No. Your chats are not visible to the creator of BrainWorkshops GPT or anyone else unless you choose to share them. We store conversations in your chat history for your reference only.

3. Is my input stored or used after the session ends?

Your inputs may be stored temporarily to enable features like session continuity or quality checks. However:

• OpenAI’s models do not use your inputs for training.
• We do not share or reuse any inputs for marketing or third parties.
• BrainWorkshops GPT has no memory across sessions, unless context is provided in real time.

4. Can I ask BrainWorkshops GPT confidential or sensitive questions?

Yes, but please be mindful. While BrainWorkshops GPT handles data securely, it’s best to avoid sharing highly sensitive personal information (e.g., passwords or bank details). We use nothing you enter beyond your current session, and we treat all data as private.

5. Is my data visible to other apps or GPTs?

No. Any documents or custom instructions built into BrainWorkshops GPT are isolated and cannot be accessed by other applications, GPTs, or users.

6. Who owns the data I input into BrainWorkshops GPT?

You do. BrainWorkshops GPT does not claim any ownership over your prompts or ideas. You are free to use the outputs however you like.

7. Is BrainWorkshops GPT compliant with privacy laws like GDPR?

Yes. BrainWorkshops GPT runs on the OpenAI platform, which is built to support GDPR compliance and responsible data processing. You are always in control of the information you share.

8. Can I delete my conversations?

Yes. You can delete any conversation from your chat history at any time. This removes it from your account and prevents future access.
